The Space

Welcome to Peachy Place! A colourful, character filled coastal retreat and proud part of the Home Of Plenty collection. Bringing the same thoughtful styling, warm hospitality and little luxuries you’ll find across the collection, Peachy Place has those relaxed central-town vibes, while offering a little more space to slow down and settle in.
Created for couples, two couples, a girls’ weekend or anyone looking for a relaxed escape with a little something extra, Peachy Place is full of personality and designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

With two comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully considered garden and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout, the home is easy and inviting. The master bedroom opens directly onto the garden and outdoor fire pit, while the second bedroom is perfect for friends or another couple. A fresh bathroom and well-equipped kitchen give you everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The large, fully fenced and pet-friendly garden provides a generous outdoor space for both you and your four-legged friends to relax and enjoy. Spend the afternoon in the sunshine, curl up with a book in one of the cosy reading nooks, enjoy a glass of wine in the garden or gather around the outdoor fire pit as the evening sets in.

There’s plenty to explore beyond the garden, too. Bikes are available for guests, making it easy to ride into Victor Harbor for the markets, coffee, dinner or a wander along the waterfront. Leave the car at home, enjoy the ride and return to your own comfortable space at the end of the day.

Peachy Place sits within an established residential neighbourhood, with neighbouring homes either side, while the generous fenced garden creates its own sense of privacy and separation. It’s around a 20-minute walk into the centre of Victor Harbor, or a much quicker bike ride — giving you the convenience of being close to town without being right in the middle of it.

Parking is conveniently located right out the front, and simple keyless entry makes arrival easy and hassle-free.

Peachy Place is completely yours to enjoy, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living spaces and the large fully fenced garden and fire pit.
Self check-in is simple, your private entry code will be sent before arrival. Parking is right out front, making arrival and unpacking easy. Then settle in, switch off and enjoy everything Peachy Place has to offer.

Neighborhood

Peachy Place is in an established residential neighbourhood, with larger homes either side.
The hidden beach is within walking distance, and bikes are available for exploring.

The heart of Victor Harbor is approximately:

20-minute walk
8-minute bike ride
2-minute drive
Ride into town for the markets, coffee or dinner, then return to the fully fenced garden to relax.

A Few Things To Know Before You Arrive:

Peachy Place comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, making it ideal for couples, two couples or a small group of friends.
– Quiet hours: 11pm–8am. Please be considerate of our neighbours.
– Parties and events: Not permitted. Peachy Place is designed for relaxed getaways and weekends away.
– Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Please do not exceed the booked number of guests.
– Outdoor fire: Please supervise the fire at all times and ensure it is completely extinguished before leaving the property. Fire safety instructions are provided in the house information.

Firewood: We provide enough wood, kindling and fire starters for two fires so you can enjoy the outdoor fire without needing to organise a thing.

Fire restrictions: During fire danger season, fires may be restricted or prohibited on Total Fire Ban days. Guests are responsible for checking current fire restrictions before lighting a fire and following all local fire regulations.

Pets: We’re pet-friendly! Please message your host as a pet fee will apply. The garden is fully fenced so your four-legged friends can enjoy the stay too. Pets must be supervised and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them. Any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of a pet may incur an additional charge.

Our aim is for Peachy Place to feel effortless from the moment you arrive. The property is professionally cleaned and prepared with fresh, quality linen and all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

Getting Around

Peachy Place is in a fantastic spot for exploring Victor Harbor. The centre is approximately 20 minutes on foot, around 8 minutes by bike or just 2 minutes by car.
We provide bikes so you can enjoy the easy ride into town, explore the coastline and discover some of Victor Harbor’s quieter spots. There’s also parking right out the front if you prefer to drive.

With town, beaches, cafés, restaurants and local attractions all close by, you can park the car and enjoy a slower pace, or have everything within an easy drive when you need it.
