We understand that plans can change. To give our guests flexibility and choice, we offer two rate options at the time of booking. Please read the details carefully before confirming your reservation.
Flexible Rate
- Our Flexible Rate offers free cancellation available up to 7 days before check-in
- If you cancel after 3:00pm South Australia time, 7 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
- The exact cancellation deadline (date and time) is shown during booking
- All cancellation deadlines are based on the property’s local time zone (for example, South Australia time)
Non-Refundable Rate (Discounted)
Our Non-Refundable Rate offers a reduced price in exchange for stricter terms.
- This rate is non-refundable
- If you cancel, do not arrive, or shorten your stay, 100% of the booking cost will be charged
- No refunds apply for change of mind, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances
- We strongly advise purchasing Travel Insurance before your trip.
This option is best suited to guests with firm travel plans who wish to secure the lowest available price.

- Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected
- All applicable cancellation deadlines and charges are displayed during the booking process
- By completing a booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the cancellation terms associated with your chosen rate
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank
