Guest access

Guests who book the Banksia Pod will enjoy exclusive access to that POD only, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. If you wish to accommodate a larger group, please contact your host to reserve the second POD on the property. The full Pods listing includes two fully self-contained homes, comfortably sleeping an additional 4 guests, making it ideal for groups of up to 8. Please contact your host for further information.

Other things to note
– Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM—please respect our neighbours and fellow guests.
– Parties and events are not permitted.
– The maximum guest occupancy is 8 people and must not be exceeded.
– For safety, please ensure all fires are fully extinguished before leaving the property. The outdoor fire door mustbe supervised at all times. Kindly follow the fire safety instructions provided in the handbook.

Please be aware that the fire danger season typically runs from November through May. Fires are strictly prohibited on Total Fire Ban days. Guests are responsible for checking current fire restrictions online before lighting any fire. Any fines incurred due to non-compliance during your stay will be your responsibility, and the property owners are not liable for these penalties.
