The Space

The closest home to the ocean at Middleton! Step inside this modern beach house and instantly feel the calm of coastal living. Designed with natural textures, ocean tones, and open-plan spaces, the home celebrates the beauty of its beachside location.

Wake up to the sound of waves, enjoy coffee on the balcony with sweeping sea views, and spend the afternoon exploring the sand dunes just steps from your door. The spacious layout includes three beautifully styled bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large open living area that seamlessly connects to the outdoor entertaining space.

The Kids’ Retreat is a fun-filled space for children of all ages, stocked with games, books, toys, and more! The bunk beds include two additional trundles to comfortably accommodate extra guests,  just contact your host to arrange. For families with young children, a porta cot and highchair are available. Guests will need to supply linen for the porta cot. Please let your host know so we can have this ready for your booking.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for relaxed dining and modern coastal living. It features a built-in Miele coffee machine for barista-quality coffee, a SMEG oven for effortless cooking, quality utensils, and pantry essentials including coffee, tea, milk, and local produce on arrival. All linen and towels are provided, along with premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your comfort.

The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a large BBQ, outdoor dining table, and comfortable seating to unwind as the sun sets over the water. Whether you’re enjoying summer days on the sand or cosy nights indoors, Tahiti Haven is designed for effortless enjoyment.

The expansive gardens have been enjoyed for years with outdoor cricket, games, and fun provided right on the property. Nestled among the sand dunes with direct access to the beach, this home truly offers one of the best summer locations on the coast!

This home has been professionally designed to divide into two fully self-contained spaces, ensuring complete privacy for all guests. While the properties are connected by two large sliding doors, they are always securely locked, giving each side total seclusion. Each side has its own driveway, entrance, and outdoor areas, so both enjoy the feeling of a private, standalone coastal retreat.

Middleton is one of South Australia’s most loved coastal destinations, a peaceful beachside town nestled between Port Elliot and Goolwa. From surfing and dolphin spotting to local cafés and boutique wineries nearby, this is the perfect base for exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula. Just minutes from your doorstep, the Encounter Bikeway offers a scenic, family-friendly cycle path stretching from Goolwa to Encounter Bay via Victor Harbor. Pedal or explore by foot along the coastline, enjoy stunning ocean views, spot local wildlife, or take a leisurely ride through picturesque coastal towns. Perfect for morning adventures, sunset rides, or just a fun day out exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula. Bikes can be brought along or rented nearby.
